Your plan

BeaconBox has one plan, billed monthly or yearly. Nothing is held back for a larger tier, and there is no upgrade prompt waiting inside.

Prices exclude VAT, which is calculated at checkout from your country and, for businesses, your VAT number.

The allowance is fresh each period and unused emails do not carry over. The yearly allowance is a pool for the year rather than a monthly limit, so a busy December is fine if a quiet February balanced it.

Going over

The allowance is fair use. Going over it costs nothing extra and never stops your email: sending continues as normal for the rest of the period.

SMS and WhatsApp are not part of this. They are prepaid credits, bought separately, and have nothing to do with the allowance. See Credits and payments.

If a payment fails

Three things happen in order, and each has its own notification so you are not relying on noticing.

1. The card failed. Your paid period still has time left on it and sending continues. The notification names the date sending stops, which is the end of the period you have paid for. That is the window you have to fix the card.
2. Sending stopped. The paid period ended. Email nudges are no longer sent, and every update pushed from this point records that no email was attempted and why.
3. The admin stays readable for 30 days. You can still sign in, read everything, look up customers and export your data. You cannot change settings or send, except your own password, which you can always change.

Paying resumes sending.

Cancelling

Cancelling stops the next charge. There is no exit fee and no cancel button buried three menus deep.

Your data leaves with you. Take your metrics as a CSV and read your messages through the API, whenever you like and on the way out. If the plan lapses, the dashboard stays readable for 30 days so you can do it then.

What your customers wrote on WhatsApp is deleted after 90 days either way.
